Information We Collect

Directly Provided Information: When you request a consultation, fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, property details, service preferences, and any additional information you choose to share. Payment information is collected and processed through PCI-compliant payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our website, our systems log your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, click patterns, and device type. We use cookies, pixel tags, and local storage to enhance functionality, remember preferences, and support analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We process your data to: provide and manage home improvement services; communicate about projects, scheduling, and updates; send marketing communications where you have opted in; process payments and maintain financial records; improve our website, services, and customer experience through analytics; comply with legal obligations, including tax and licensing requirements; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Data Security

We implement TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, role-based access controls, regular vulnerability scanning, and incident response procedures. Despite these measures, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Home Vision Path website and your engagement with our residential services. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Agreements

All home improvement work is governed by a separate written service agreement executed between you and Home Vision Path. That agreement, together with any attached scopes of work, change orders, and warranties, constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior representations. These website terms apply to your use of this site and any preliminary communications prior to execution of a service agreement.

Estimates

Written estimates are provided in good faith based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. Estimates remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. They represent an approximation of expected costs and are not guaranteed fixed prices. Adjustments may result from hidden conditions discovered during demolition, changes to the agreed scope, material price fluctuations exceeding five percent (5%), or modifications required by building inspectors. Any adjustment exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original estimate requires your written authorization before the additional work proceeds.

Scheduling

Projected start and completion dates are estimates subject to adjustment based on material procurement timelines, permit processing, weather conditions, inspection availability, and subcontractor scheduling. Home Vision Path will communicate material schedule changes within 48 hours of becoming aware of them. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, material shortages, or government actions.

Payments

Standard payment terms require a deposit of thirty to fifty percent (30-50%) upon signing the service agreement, with progress payments due at predefined milestones and final payment due within fourteen (14) days of substantial completion. Invoices not paid within the stated term accrue interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable state law, whichever is lower. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, ACH transfers, and major credit cards. Financing through approved third-party lenders is available for qualifying projects.

Warranties

Home Vision Path warrants that all installation work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. This workmanship warranty extends for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion and covers defects arising from improper installation methods or failure to follow manufacturer installation guidelines. It does not cover damage caused by homeowner misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, normal material wear, or acts of nature. Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, and appliances are assigned to the homeowner upon installation and vary by product.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the state governing this agreement, Home Vision Path's total cumulative liability arising from or related to any service engagement shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client under the applicable service agreement. In no event shall Home Vision Path be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or increased costs of construction.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, code, and proprietary methodologies, is the exclusive property of Home Vision Path and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your property and project requirements; grant reasonable access to your property for project personnel; obtain any required HOA, architectural review board, or condominium association approvals prior to commencement; maintain your property and completed work in a manner consistent with warranty requirements; and ensure that any pre-existing conditions comply with applicable codes prior to project start.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.
